Wyoming Compensation
Employees covered by Wyoming's minimum wage law must be paid $5.15 an hour. Employees covered under the Fair Labor Standards Act must receive the federal minimum wage of $7.25 per hour.
All employees are covered except for:
- agricultural workers;
- domestic service workers in private homes;
- persons employed in an executive, administrative or professional capacity;
- outside salespersons compensated by commission; and
- drivers of ambulances or other vehicles on call at any time.

Employers must grant employees one hour of leave to vote, unless employees have three consecutive non-work hours to vote. Meal times cannot be counted toward voting time leave. Employers can schedule the voting time leave.
